HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions is actively involved in projects throughout their life cycle, and thus covering the whole of the value creation chain from planning, financing and construction through to asset management.
We support our customers on a broad range of projects from social infrastructure to education (schools and universities), public facilities (joint service centres), transportation (roads, bridges and tunnels), energy infrastructure and more.

Diverse Portfolio & Collaborative Partnerships
HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions worldwide portfolio comprises 89 schools, two city halls, a service centre, a military base, two geothermal energy projects, seven roads, six airport holdings as well as two investment partnerships.
We have partnered with numerous councils in the UK and Ireland, including Manchester City Council, Salford City Council, Halton Borough Council, Wigan Borough Council, North & East Ayrshire Councils. In Ireland, we have all worked closely with the Department of Education and Science and the Cork Institute of Technology. We also have established teams working on roads, transport and student housing projects.
