Managing Director
Ian has over 25 years’ experience in the PPP/PFI infrastructure market and is responsible for managing the UK and Ireland business.
Marcus Chapman
Investment & Commercial Director
Marcus specialises in commercial, investment and finance advice. His experience within infrastructure projects includes student accommodation, renewable energy (including waste to energy), social housing and education.
Stuart Gibbs
Finance Director
Stuart is a qualified accountant and accomplished finance professional who has worked for the company since 2006 holding finance roles in bids, construction and operational phases. Stuart manages the finance, tax and accounting for the business.
Alan Woolston
Senior Legal Counsel UK & Ireland
Alan specialises in construction and engineering law, including PPP and PFI. He provides commercially focused advice across the project spectrum from high value, high-profile PPP/PFI contracts.
Andreas Hoppe
Operations Director
As Operations Director Andreas is leading the HOCHTIE roads O&M market in the UK. Andreas has 17 years of dedicated on-site technical and O&M experience leading PPP and O&M highways infrastructure projects in Greece and Austria as well as the UK and Ireland.

Ian has an Electrical Engineering background and has worked on a number of major construction projects in the UK. Ian joined HOCHTIEF in 2007 and has worked in development, finance and bid management. In his current role, he leads the bid management function and has a strong focus on improving business processes through automation.
